Honda West

I've been a customer of Honda West for many years, as have many of my family members.
Customer Service is certainly their forte' and their friendliness especially stands out from the sales
department to the service department. Rick Shewmake is the best! He's knowledgeable, works hard to
make sure I'm pleased with my purchase and has a great sense of humor, to boot!
The Service Department is great to work with and you don't have to worry that they'll try to fix something
that's unnecessary. Jerry Kelly, the Service Manager is a joy; patient, kind and helpful in explaining what,
if any service work is needed. My Mom trusts that if Jerry or Jeff says it's time for service
maintenance...it's time.
Honda West offered a Customer Appreciation event last summer, with contests and food, and they even
washed your car by hand. It was heartwarming to hear the comments of other Honda owners in
attendance, as they shared their satisfaction with their Honda's, many with older models and 100,000+
miles. They wouldn't trade their Honda for anything else.
I'd definitely recommend Honda West...they really are the best!

Dear Sir or Madame,
I had switched to Honda West from Penske over a year ago and recently while having my 06 Element serviced, I took the plunge and purchased a 06 Odyssey at Honda West. Today I brought the vehicle in to check on something and I was treated like a queen. When I used to take my car to Penske Honda I always got my guard up, it was never a pleasant experience even though their building is newer and larger. As I was walking my dog this morning before I brought my car in for my service appointment-I found myself humming your song, "What do you get at Honda West, over 30 years of experience-simply the best-Honda West" then, driving home from your dealership, that same tune was still in my head!!!
I salute Honda West and your Five Star Service Department team, especially, Craig, Jeff, Jerry and I commend your integrity for operating a world class place of business! I also find it so refreshing to have a live, friendly voice answer your phone, thank you.
Thanks a million and I hope you bring back the old commercial, it seems to stick with customers!

Best Dealership Ive Ever Dealt With. First time I walked in the door 25 years ago, Jerry Kelly told me I didn't need something done. He could of easily have done unneeded work. He did that little kindness and honesty and won a "3 Honda/30 Year Client". I live within 2 miles of another Honda dealership and yet travel a 30 minute trek to go to Honda West. Great Manager (all of the service personnel); Great Fair Sales Rep; and good Management. I could never consider another type of car because Id lose this dealership!

 

  I do not live as close to this dealership as I do to others but go I go here because I trust this service department and feel like they are always honest with me about what needs taken care of

 

  I was impressed with Honda West and their personnel. The courtesy shuttle was a huge help and would play a part in me coming back in the future.

 

 Overall, I was pleased with the staff and the service completed. They communicated with me very well to keep me up to date on the service being performed and provided a Loaner van to meet my needs

 

  Honda West has the "best" and "honest" group of people working for them. It has been a pleasure to have a Honda and to get service from Honda West. I would recommend anyone to Honda West and will Definitely be Back for more service and when the time comes to buy another Honda from Honda West. Awesome Employees!!!

  We purchased all (4) of our Honda's at Honda West Dealership. We go there for sales and service. We recommend them to family and friends. They are awesome in sales and service! We have dealt with same sales and service people for almost 3 decades.

 

  The Service Department at Honda West is the reason I continue to purchase and service my two Honda's there. I have never had a single problem with them. They are always making sure there are no issues. I could more easily use a newer (new) Honda Dealership but I am totally satisfied with Honda West. I see no reason to change.

 

  I've been a Honda West customer for 20 years and I am very happy with the service. Honda West is 11 miles from my home, but there is another Honda dealer 1 ½ miles away, have never been there.

 

  Always friendly, courteous, and trustworthy. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

   Service advisors are excellent communicators who are always courteous and honest: Jerry, Jeff, Craig, Ryan. Service technicians are excellent quality technicians who get repairs correctly and thoroughly the first time. I have bought several Honda's over the years and always from the same salesmen. However, he has left but I have continued to come back to Honda West because of their outstanding service advisors and technicians. I presently own three Honda's and drive by two other Honda Dealers to have all three cars serviced at Honda West.

 

  Honda West has been a highly professional and wonderful place to purchase and provide service to our Honda's. We own Three!! I am there a lot. The staff in the Service Department are Wonderful. Many of them have been there for years.

 

  I have taken my cars to this dealership for many years. They are professional and always helpful! I usually believe that they are being honest with me and not just trying to up sell me on something. I appreciate their continued excellence and friendly service.
